Add a touch of elegance to your dressing table or tabletop with this stunning quality mahogany swing toilet mirror from the early period of king George III’s reign, circa 1760-1820.
The base has an outswept front profile, decorated with a delicate boxwood banding raised on ogee feet. All brass finials and fittings appear to be original and the central drawer comes with a working Georgian key.
We have lined the inside of the drawer with new UK-made Blaize wool felt (removable), in royal blue with matching tassle on the key, making it usable as a modern-day jewellery box. The swing mirror plate is in impeccable condition for it’s age with just a few foxing spots and the tilting feature makes it easy to adjust and get the perfect angle for your beauty routine.
